What to Expect
Your first physiotherapy appointment lasts 45 minutes and is delivered one-to-one with a Chartered Physiotherapist. You can expect:
- Full assessment and movement analysis
- Hands-on treatment every session
- Clear explanation of what’s going on
- A structured plan for what happens next
- One or two specific exercises where appropriate, designed to reinforce the work done in your session
You’ll leave knowing where you stand and how we’ll move forward together.

Regen Physio Seaham is based inside Fit24 Gym, allowing us to combine hands-on physiotherapy with progressive rehabilitation when appropriate.
If your injury requires additional support, appointments can be scheduled more frequently — even multiple times per week — to help recovery progress safely and effectively.
You’ll also benefit from the wider Regen Physio clinical network, where our physiotherapists collaborate to ensure the root cause of your problem is always addressed.

"Had a 30 minute appointment with Sadie and it was brilliant. She gave thorough explanations of my options, diagnosis and treatment plan. Robert Welsh
Physiotherapist
BSc (Hons), MCSP
Seaham, Durham
I’m a physiotherapist qualified from the University of Sunderland, with a background as a personal trainer. My years in fitness have given me a strong understanding of movement, strength, and performance, something I bring into every physiotherapy session.
I have a keen interest in all things sport, from running, weight training to cycling. My real passion, however, lies in martial arts! I’ve trained across multiple disciplines, and my current focus is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I enjoy helping people return to the activities they love, perform at their best, and stay injury-free.
What clients say
- Very thorough with assessments
- Clear explanations of next steps
- Great with movement confidence and pain reduction
Reputation: calm, professional and great with rehabilitating everyday function.

What Our Patients Say
Spot on, George is a wizard. Helped me alot with just one visit. I'd like to keep going back alas it's beyond my finances currently. Thank again mate pains eased up significantly 🙏🏽
I had physio with Sadie following a back injury in work. I could not recommend Sadie enough, extremely thorough in ensuring I was fit to return to my full duties and would not allow me to put myself in a position to be re injured (as much as I hated this) she had my best interests in mind.

Regen have been excellent from the start of treatment. I have been working with Sadie who is very knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend Regen and Sadie to anyone looking for physio.
Amy is fantastic! Highly professional and respectful, she provided an amazing sports massage that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her expertise and care are top-notch. Highly recommend for physio and sports massage needs!
Very thorough in what Amy does. She was able to identify my issue within 1 session. I have been given effective exercises to help ease pain and hopefully prevent future pain. Top marks from me and have already booked my next session.
I had a great experience at Regen Physio. The physiotherapist was extremely thorough and took the time to really understand my issue. I left with clear, practical advice and a set of exercises I’ll definitely keep using. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any future niggles and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly care.
Excellent first appointment with Amy, very knowledgeable and attentive during a short 30 minute free session. Unfortunately I’ve had to cancel the next appointment with work commitments but I’ll be visiting the Seaham Regen team again soon. Thank you.
Sadie is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Gave me a plan with exercises to help with my issues and going back next month for another session. Would recommend.
Easy to book online, Amy was very friendly and knew how to help. Would definitely recommend.
