Ethan sorted out my lower back pain with expertise and great manipulation. I’ve been to lots of physios through a varied sporting career and Ethan’s up there with the best physios I’ve had. Recommended.

I came in with a pretty severe knee injury and worked with Harry for my physio and made so much progress in just a month. He was really lovely to work with, took me and my injury seriously, and worked with me on how to best approach my exercises and healing journey. Would definitely recommend!

I paid hundreds to specialists as-well as MRI’s, Ultrasounds and various appointments through the NHS with a shoulder issue. Harry gave up 5 minutes of his time whilst doing his own training to identify areas nobody else had even looked into that could be causing the problem. 3 sessions with Harry and I was back to training at around 85% of my previous. Harry was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help me progress - he still checks in with me even now. I would not use anyone else other than Harry.

Had several appointments with Ethan over the last few months dealing with a niggling injury that other physios I had seen had been unable to resolve successfully. Ethan was very knowledgeable and able to adapt treatment as things progressed and I saw an improvement after just a few sessions. Highly recommend Ethan and would be happy to use Regen again.

I’ve used Ethan at Regen to help my recoveries from persistent shoulder pain and more recently shin splints. In each instance Ethan has quickly identified the issue and provided treatment and training plans to strengthen the area, rehabilitate from the injury and prevent future recurrences. So far so good and I have no hesitation recommending Ethan to anyone carrying an injury or in need of treatment.
