Chris was very professional in his approach to my situation which was a calcification in my rotory cuff and recognising the situation with my shoulder structured plan was put into place over the course of apontments needed coupled with a programme of exercise to enable me to return to my passion of gym. I'm happy to say that what chirs prescribed was exactly what I needed and I am back to 90% fitness. All that matters now is to maintain my regime and to thank Chris for all his efforts and professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommend Chris and regen Physiotherapy

I started having physio 2 weeks ago, I went in with hip and sciatica pain that was unbearable, I saw Chris at whitwood and he sat and really listened to me and gave me hope, he managed to locate the pain source and concentrated on that area, as soon as he had finished I instantly felt relief. This week I have been given exercises to strengthen the muscles as I’ve got weak in that area aching a little but it’s a good ache.

I can highly recommend Chris he’s really good at what he does, I was initially worried about going as I didn’t want to make the issue worse than it was, but desperation got the better of me. Wish I’d gone months ago.

I’ve been working with Chris since January to sort out injuries that had become a massive problem to training and every day activities. Chris took the time to listen to the history of my injuries and how they developed. He was extremely knowledgeable about getting to the root cause of the injuries, listened to my goals regarding getting back into lifting and provided a lot of guidance on how to do the physio exercises correctly. Sophie is the third physiotherapist I have seen since my accident and she is the only one who’s managed to help me properly recoup. I have almost got my old life back because of her. She’s given me all the tools and support I needed to improve my strength and mobility and to continue doing so going forward. I can not recommend her enough to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

Had some sessions for what I thought was a shoulder issue. Saw Chris who quickly worked out it was a neck problem and began dealing with it. Made me feel really at ease and gave lots of advice to maintain after sessions had finished! Would 100% recommend.

Always great service with Chris. Makes you feel at ease and takes time to listen to what is up and what really need worked on. I also appreciate the fact he explains what he is going to do and how certain tightness or injuries could come about so I can adapt my training to elevate those issues more so. I first saw Chris thinking my issue was a small issue and massage would help it and Chris quickly assessed that it was more serious. Couldn't recommend him more genuinely nice lad who understands goals and time frames as well as not just sticking to one plan as one sock does not fit all. Whether your going for massage or physio chis has the knowledge to try several ways of helping and is extremely knowledgeable in all of them.

First visit today explained my issue and what I wanted from the session. This was listened to and we discussed what would happen. I came away feeling I’d been listened to and not just fobbed off. i feel a little better in myself too.

I first came to Chris with knee pain from playing football and he immediately diagnosed the problem and set a plan in place to not only recover but also to make sure it won’t be a reoccurring problem. Chris is very approachable and incredibly knowledgeable and will answer any question and explain everything as clear as possible. Could not recommend him enough.
