Fantastic service, very thorough when getting to know the cause of the issue I had and what day-to-day activities make it worse followed by a treatment plan as well as rehab I can do at home. Issue is getting better week by week, could not recommend enough.

Chris was amazing. I always enjoy seeing new practitioners to get a better insight into my chronic pain. Chris taught me some great new things that no one had explained to me before, particularly about hypermobility. 10/10 recommend.

After suffering for over a year with rheumatoid arthritis in my knees I was recommended by a friend to make an appointment with Regen Physio. My call with answered promptly and an appointment was made for me to meet Esther in the clinic. Both Esther and Harriett listened to my concerns and where I was experiencing most pain. After the discussion and an examination on the knee they massaged the front thigh muscles for a good 15 minutes. I left the clinic without an ounce of pain anywhere in the joint. It was fantastic. I have now had three treatments of deep muscle massage and can honestly say my knees feel amazing. I cant praise them highly enough for the relief they have given me and the advice on good exercises to undertake at home to aid my knees. Both ladies are so professional and knowledgeable

I'm on my 2nd treatment with Sam at Regen Ackworth, having had 6 months of failed treatment elsewhere last year. The difference is amazing. I've been fortunate enough to see an immediate improvement. You could also physically see the difference in my posture after the first treatment. Pain free for a whole week. I was actually really excited for today's appointment, because I'm so confident that what has caused me eye watering pain over the last 18 months, will finally be fixed. Thanks Sam!! I was quite apprehensive to go for a sports massage as I was going due to a back problem and bad posture and didn’t know if this treatment would help. Charlotte immediately made me feel at ease and worked wonders in easing lots of tension and getting rid of knots in my back and shoulders.
